Back Home Again

Thanks to all of you who visited and hopefully enjoyed my blog all the time! Thanks too to all the nice people we met during the trip: our trekking guide Bashu, the Singapore Scouts; Sarah, Jessica, Jennifer, Derrick, Grace, Jean, and all I forgot!, the very nice McBurneys from Sydney and last but not least the outback Scouts in Alice Springs.

Tourist Info

We will go via southeast Asia to Australia and "North America", aka Hawaii ;)
In the time from April to the beginning of July we - Johannes (who I know from military service, sir!) and I - will change the history of the world. Or at least experience it.
To call it a "journey around the world" would be exaggerated although we really will circle the world. But there are too many continents missing, like Africa and South America. 3 months would never suffice for a real journey around the world. I always say: "You can't always get everything!".
Anyway, it will be the greatest journey I ever went on!

Yes, and that's now some time ago. I decided to continue the blog and add stories and pictures from wherever I get! Check the archive and my picasa-gallery for stories and photos from the round-the-world journey.
